Breakfast:
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Slight musty smell. TV wasn't working correctly, either the batteries were low or something. Not sure. If you get the first floor,get a different room. The cleaning staff is very loud in the morning getting the carts ready.
Breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:30. I got down just before 9.at 9:30 there were probably about 10 people still eating. I went to get a yogurt after I had pancakes and sausage and was told it's 9:30 the yogurt cooler is closed now. Not to mention the breakfast lady watched certain people like a hawk. I felt very very uncomfortable eating breakfast being watched for over a half hour like I was going to go postal or something.
Checked in late Monday night, front desk people were great! Couldn't ask for nicer people. One must of been in training or something, he will be a asset to this hotel. He was very very nice!
I've been staying in hotels almost all summer because of work and never had housekeeping tell me I needed to leave the room if I wanted my bathroom freshened up.
3 more nights if I make it that far. I'm not a happy camper here and don't plan on coming back!
Rooms nice, food good, clean in and out. But when we checked in asked if they have two bedroom suite, have three grown men, they said yes. Turns out it is a two bed suite, or studio suite. Otherwise loved the place.
Hotel is nice. I enjoyed my experience while there visiting family and friends. My housekeeper was very helpful, caring, and considerate. She helped ensure if I was okay or if I needed anything. The housekeeper name is Cassandra. I looked at her name tag whilke she was standing in front of me speaking. She seems always jolly and in high spirits. Nice to have friendly faces.
Day 1 out of 4. Pretty clean room except I went through the bathroom with a Clorox wipe because the toilet, shower, walls and sink had black hair and what looked to be pubic hair in and on it. The shower walls especially. I think they need to go over things with a clean cloth or spray things down better!
Wanted housekeeping to freshen up my BATHROOM ONLY and she refused to do it unless I left the room so I did. I am on the 2nd floor and I took the elevator to the 1st only to realize I had forgotten something and came back up to my room only to find her out in the main area. I took pictures of my stuff before I left and came back after she was done only to realize she had gone through some of my things. Didn't notice anything missing but I feel very violated.
Nice hotel. I came in pretty late at night and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are decent sized. A better then average breakfast in the morning.
Cinnamon rolls and bagels we're great. The rest of the break was average.
Bed was nice and comfy. Pretty cool they had 2 different pillows on it, one soft, marked soft by the pillowcase and one firm marked by the pillow case.
The supervisor did not seem very friendly as I overheard her using profanity towards a housekeeper which was very unprofessional. Supervisor should have been terminated. Overall great experience.
