Totally fantastic experience from the start; my flight landed a bit later than expected, and the manager, Tony, himself drove to the airport to pick me up. I was inexplicably (but happily!) upgraded to a beautiful King Jacuzzi suite, which was impeccably clean and extremely spacious. Breakfast is satisfying and plentiful (I mostly only care about coffee in the morning anyway, so I'm easy to please!).
I had packages waiting for me at the hotel, and they graciously allowed me to leave my return shipments there for UPS pickup. All together, it was an extremely pleasant stay, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Staff is very friendly, as well! Patricia, the head housekeeper, drove me to back to the airport and is a total doll.
Where do I start? First of all they want a $150 deposit which is way more than I've ever had to pay for a deposit. Then we walk into our room to see a huge stain on the carpet. One of the switches in the bathroom didn't work. Okay that's fine. But eventually we had to start forcing open the doors of the building. The guy at the front desk stood there helping a customer inside the building instead of helping us outside in the cold. They lock the doors at 12 so you have to be buzzed in. The curtains on their window don't close so the flood lights from planet fitness' parking lot were shining in my eyes all night. Walls are so thin you can hear everyone else walking and moving around all night. We paid too much for what we got. We should have went to holiday inn.
First time being here, customer service is very sketchy well I shouldn’t say that, the night guy at front desk is very sketchy...... door at main entrance didn’t open instead of helping a customer in 5 degree weather he stood helping a front desk customer in a heated building. Basically made me force the sliding door open. Walked in the room and big red stain on the floor first thing I see. Walls are thin YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. And the deposit is 150 . The price of the room does not match the establishment. Definitely only a 50$ a room place.
Room was nice, clean, and well-stacked. Walls are thin - could easily hear the TV of the room next door and people walking through the halls. Security guard on each floor overnight which is both terrifying and reassuring at the same time. Free breakfast had a lot of options, none of which were particularly exceptional.
This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished. But as great as the hotel itself is, the staff are even better. Leila handled our group reservation for 50 people, and was an absolute dream to work with. And Richard, who checked us in, was so unbelievably kind, funny, and patient! Do not hesitate to stay here.
