P.s. also there was no windshield wiper fluid so just imagine driving in the dirty snow without visibility of the road very scary and dangerous if you ask me.
They blame us for the vehicle being damaged at least 2 times a month.
Enterprise offered the lowest rate in the area. Both pick up and drop off went so quickly and smoothly. The fastest I've ever experienced! The service people there are all so nice and totally accommodating. This is definitely my rental car company of choice from now on.
Mr. Darnell was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me sort out the issues that were stopping me from getting a car. I am very satisfied and will definitely tell anyone else to buy or rent via enterprise. Ms. Teisha also made the paperwork process easy to understand.
This place is a complete joke.
Its just a scam so they can collect your $$250 dollar security deposit
I would have rated it more just based off the price but this place has poor customer service. I wanted to extend my rental I call the place a good 10 minutes before they closed to inform them of me being on the way, my call was sent to hold someone pickes up and hangs up on me. I call about three more times no answer, it takes for me to call from a total different number to receive an answer. As if that wasn't enough, when they that did answer this guy expected me to drive all the way to Metro Airport from the east side just to extend. But wait there's more how about the tags and registration was expired. I will never rental from this location ever again.
I am not an experienced traveler. I flew in from nearly 800 miles away, and taxied over to this location to pick up my rental. I had confirmed twice in the month leading up to my trip if I could pay using two separate forms of payment (cash and debit card) because I do not carry a credit card. The employees confirmed over the phone that I could indeed use those two forms of payment for my rental car. However, when I got to this location they refused to rent me my reserved car because they only accept major credit cards. This almost ended my entire trip and cost me a lot of money. I worked with the manager Jordan who was somewhat helpful. I wish he would of provided a solution for me but he did not. Thankfully Alamo rentals accepted my forms of payment at their airport location. I am confused because Enterprise owns Alamo and they have different policies. I would suggest that this location fully trains its employees before travelers rely on their information. Poor experience... Made me have a hardcore panic attack. I am just thankful that Alamo was willing to do business with me.
