This dealership is close to my home and in the past the service department has been excellent. About a month ago my husband made an appointment to have the oil changed in our 2017 Chevrolet lease vehicle. Upon arriving at the service department my husband was denied service, due to the fact that too much oil life remained. My husband was told not to come back to the service department until the oil life was at 2%. In the meantime my husband underwent emergency open heart surgery, leaving all life responsibilities to me. Last week the oil life was at 9%. I wanted to get the oil change taken care of before the snow and ice arrived, so I called another Chevy dealership (45 minutes from home). They had never heard of the 2% rule. I was able to get a same day appointment -- the oil was changed and I have peace of mind knowing my vehicle is ready for the winter months.
We have now leased three cars through Erik and won't go anywhere else! He's made the process so simple and takes the guess-work out of everything. Gets back to you immediately and always upbeat! He'll work with you to get what you need at the price you can afford. The dealership overall is great to work with as well, from paperwork to servicing our vehicles. Very efficient all the way around!

I requested a quote about the impala online and quickly got a call back from someone. I told them I had a busy schedule and would come in when I get the chance to. When I finally got the time to go in, I didn't think to ask for the salesperson I spoke to on the phone and thought I can just get help from anyone. At first no one acknowledged me for a good 10 minutes until I asked the secretary who can I talk to about a lease. I spoke to woman however she wasn't much help. Her and the salesperson I talked to on the phone had a little dispute about who helped me and who spoke to me first. My salesperson looked upset and made it seem as if I was wasting her time and rushed to finish with me. It doesn't matter who helped me. I was going in to lease a car and because of the lack of help I got as a first time leaser, I will probably never consider Chevy again.
Jim was the best! A simple oil change was going to be difficult when I had to attend a family member's funeral. Jim came to the funeral home, picked up the car, and when the car was done, he returned it right back to the funeral home. This kind of care is one of a kind, and I will be leasing/buying from Les Stanford and Jim for every new car.
