They abandoned us in every time possible. the last day we did tawaf al wada by ourselves (as every other tawaf) while we were supposed to do it as a group. They communicate thru whatsapp and the leader kept changing his plans last minute resulting in losing some of us more than once. He made all his plans last minute causing most confusion.
They've also always had the best deals compared to other agencies in the area and their customer service is awesome.
The only five stars reviews they have got was for pleasure trips but for hajj trips I would give them zero but there are no zero stars.
We had a group leader named Sid Ali and his wife as group leader as well. ( we were supposed to have a knowledgable lady to help the women with manasik but instead we had someone who came just because she is the wife of the leader)

I've booked trips to the middle east (beirut) 3 times with Adam Travel and the last one was pretty complicated because it was a multi stop trip and I had to make sure I got on specific flights. Siham at Adam Travel made it happen and for a pretty good deal!
What a Haram thing to do. Worrst experience ever please if you want a peaceful Hajj especially if you are with lady family members pick another agency. These people are not trust worthy.
Almost all transportasion in Makkah were paid by Hajjeej not by Adam Travel!!!
My group 8B which paid almost 9K per person was left alone to do most of the Manasik.
And as a result of that one lady "Safia" was few minuted late for the bus departure to Jedda airport and Sid the group leader just left her all alone in Makkah. She ended up renting a taxi and Adam Travel refused to pay for her cap!!! We reached the airport same time but the fact that the group leader abandoned her was an absolute disaster.
