Called to reserve a spot in line, and when we got there our name was on a display that showed us where we were in line. The board also showed an estimate of how many minutes it would take to get taken the receptionist at the front desk was very nice and cheerful. She had us checked in within moments. We waited and comfortable chairs watching TV in the waiting area for about 15 to 20 minutes. I think that's okay seeing as it's an office where those who need to be seen right away are constantly coming in. The medical Tech was efficient and courteous, and the doctor came in within 10 minutes of the tech leaving. The doctor was thorough and kind he listen to everything we said and explained his diagnosis and medication instructions. The facility was also clean and neat.

I was in and out of the walk In clinic in a little over two hours. Realistically this is a very fast visit. I am an emergency room nurse so I have experience in this area. The doctor I saw was thorough and spoke to me on my level (she knew I was a nurse and knowledgeable so instead of speaking in layman’s terms she used medical terms). I feel the staff was fun and relatable on top of being professional and helpful. I didn’t know fairlane had a walk in clinic but will definitely use it again and recommend it to others. It also had a regular visit copay ($20) with my insurance instead of an urgent care copay ($50). I cant give my visit or the staff I interacted with enough praise.

For waiting for 3 hours, not receiving proper care, and not receiving available treatment I'm being charged a total of $125

I've been here twice now to the walk in clinic when I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor. Both times I was able to get in there web site and make an appointment so I didn't have a long wait once I arrived. Both times the doctors who saw me were polite and knowledgeable. I would refer this walk in clinic to family and friends and will return here again if needed.

Very professional staff and very friendly. The walk-in clinic is always convenient for me when I need to see a doctor but can’t wait to see my child’s doctor. The online check in system is always very convenient, especially with younger children. It helps move the process along faster and helps me see a doctor faster. I’ve always been a fan on the Henry ford health system. All the doctors that I’ve seen are always professional and courteous.

I went to the walk in clinic because I was having issues with severe cold sores. I signed in at the kiosk like normal. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. People who had come in after me had left before staff even looked at me. When I was finally called to see a doctor obviously the first thing they did was ask why I was there that day. Without any further screening the nurse told me to wait for the doctor. The doctor came in and was generally pleasant and just asked me again why I was there. I again explained I was having issues with severe cold sores that refused to heal. She told me she would be right back. After an hour she returned. She told me that there was medication that's been approved for pregnant women to take but she didn't feel comfortable prescribing it to me because I'm pregnant. Then about a month and a half later 2 weeks before Christmas I got a bill charging me $84 (due Christmas Eve which meant that I had to choose between groceries or gifts for my family) and when I called to ask what I had been billed for I was informed that I would be billed for another $40 later. I tried to tell the billing department that I didn't receive proper care and that I couldnt afford it this month and I was told to just not pay it and that there was nothing that could be done and no way I could even get a discount. I will never go back. I will not recommend this place. I did pay the first bill and I'm waiting for the second to come. I'm working the entire Christmas holiday and new year's holiday to be able to afford a late Christmas with my family. I never thought $125 could mess up an entire holiday.
