Went here for my birthday, couldn't figure out why we weren't getting service like everyone else. At the end of the meal we realized you have to call for your server by the tablet lol. If i would of know that i think we would of gotten better service.
Waitress was not very tentative. My girlfriend and I had to keep looking for her. She came late with the soup and salad. No dressing on the salad. Had to hunt her down for that. Took forever for her to come back with the salad dressing. UGGGG! not a very good experience.
My wife and I have visited this location a couple of times but nothing really stood out to us. Our experience yesterday 12/4/17 was pretty good. We went during lunch and we both had soup and salad. I love the Zuppa. Our waitress was very attentive and we never had to ask for refills on anything. She was friendly and fast.
5 stars, great place! On Veteran's Day they offered free meals to veterans, and even though there was a 30 minute wait they kept space open at the bar for vets eating alone. Will always get a 5 star rating from me for that!!
My mother and I just ate on our lunch breaks here. We were short on time and our server Marsella, was extremely accommodating, well trained, and very polite. I actually accidentally left my purse on the back of my chair and she ran out behind us as we were pulling away from the parking lot to give it to me. Talk about going above and beyond. That's just amazing service. I felt so embarrassed but very grateful to her. I think she deserves a raise!
