Very polite and extremely helpful people. Wish some of the staff gets transferred to Secretary of State office in Dearborn to help them learn what it means of exceptional customer service :)
The staff here are extremely helpful and treat you kindly. Place is very clean and the wait time goes pretty quickly.
The staffs were all polite and cordial. The computer system was slow when we went in, and the lady kept apologizing for the delay and even made small jokes to make us feel comfortable. Amazing!
The officers know exactly what they're doing. They processed a name change application for me (I am a foreign national) with only one visit in promised time, which another office couldn't do or give me an explanation in 5 months.
I got there at 9:15 a.m. on a Wednesday and was out of the building by 9:36 a.m. I was expecting worse. I was pleasently surprised with how nice the staff was. The woman at the counter said Wednesday wait times aren't too bad. During busy times, the wait can be up to 2 hours.
