Wow, such a pleasant surprise! I just found out that my aunt was in the hospital and I wanted to send flowers. I live in California and was not familiar with the florist or the hospital in Michigan. I called the hospitas florist and they put me on hold for a long time so I hung up. That's when I started my own research I looked up a couple different ones in Dearborn I talked to one man he wasn't very pleasant so I didn't order from him and I tried again my third try it was LAMA'S Florist. Zeinad was great! She was informative, understanding and extremely flexible with me and delivered A BEAUTIFUL GORGEOUS arrangement to my aunt in the hospital❣️ I have a lot of family back there and they're all getting older so next time I need flowers I'm definitely going to call you thank you so much.
Wow. The job Lama's did for our wedding at Fox Hills was beyond words. The center pieces were exactly what we had in mind and the drapes were perfect. Wow. Wow. An affordable price and a premium job. Thank you so much for the product you delivered. A+ highly recommend. The more detail you give them, the more they can see your vision!
My sister passed and we ordered flowers for her service.We asked for 5 white and one red baby rosebud in a corsage for her lapel .They were ordered like this for good reason.There are 6 sisters and one has passed.White and red mean unity and 6 roses mean togetherness.This flower shop sent a corsage with 2 white and one red rose,which was nothing like we requested.We also ordered green and white ribbon and they sent the corsage with white tulle.How sad they couldn't get anything right.I repeated myself several times ,so I know the order was given correctly.I would not recommend this florist to anyone,and if your order is for something special,find someone else.Might I add that we also ordered a live Lilly they were suppposed to make special and we received a Lilly in a pot with a cross glued to the front,no bow or anything.Disappointed on this sad day does not even begin to explain how we feel.When I called to see if they could fix it,I was told that someone would call me back,no one did. The funeral will be tomorrow and there is no time to fix this now!!!Such incompetence!
I had my wedding in Fox hills and it was designed by Lamas Florist and it was a beautiful job they did the draperies, table cloths, and chaiveri chairs and the best part they have the best reasonable prices compared to the competition around thank you Sam and Zena for making my wedding so beautiful!
They did an excellent job on the flowers for my Grandmothers Funeral at Sacred Heart. I would highly recommend. I ordered online, then stopped in the day before to order an additional item and they were so nice. Flowers were beautiful and arrived on time.
