Would like to give this location of Walmart a higher rating, but can't. Thought the facility was clean and well organized. The quality of food was very good. The employees were competent and friendly. It was the prices on their merchandise that surprised me. The Pharmacy sold products were exceptionally high, as was the food prices. The only merchandise priced below what can be found elsewhere was their clothing...and let's be honest, no one likes the apparel sold by Walmart. I spent $70 there and left with two bags. Somehow I remember having a better price experience at the Plymouth Road location (in Livonia).
We had a Christmas package sent to this Walmart. There three in all. According to the company who sent it three individual packages sent, according to FedEx three individual packages received, according to Walmart one received. So I'm out of luck. We spent over an hour trying to figure it out and they washed their hands of it. The bathrooms are dirty, the store is messy and dirty. I will never go back.
I love the Dearborn store . The sales associate in PICKUP goes above and beyond her position . She made sure that all of my items were assembled and she also made sure that she had enough man power to load my fireplace with ease. I must call to get her name she needs a raise. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with rather I was on the phone or in person she went above and beyond. I will continue to give them my business.....
The employees are very nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable. And even on busy days their quick to open up extra lines.
Good selection of various items. Saturday is a very busy day so if you don't like crowds I would suggest trying during the week. The cashier was very pleasant and took time to place my groceries carefully and with like items. Overall it is a nice Walmart.
