Terrible customer service. Employee refused to go in the back to retrieve my ship to store order. Will never do business at this location again

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I ordered merchandise from catalog. My package was not located, I called customer service and they literally told me I had to track down my own package and would not credit my charge for the merchandise I never received. This is some new form of robbery. No, I'm don't recommend anyone to shop here. I have to go and fight for my money.
I'm sad to hear the bad reviews on this location. I shop frequently there and have always had friendly respectful sales people.
