An accounting firm is only as good as its staff. I have been working with Sam Khalil, and he has proven to place the highest priority on service. He's there when I need him and he is highly analytical in approaching my complex tax challenges. Moreover, I benefit from Ahmad's wisdom based on his many years of practice. I appreciate how Ahmad has cultivated in his firm a common sense, "keep it simple" approach to preparing taxes. The tax code is complicated enough such that I don't need my tax firm to drag me into the minutiae of that complex jungle. The firm also listens well. Instead of taking the usual approach of tax and legal firms to cover themselves first, they offer creative solutions which reflect their clients' risk profile. Finally, members of the firm are honest. If you can't trust your tax firm, then who can you trust?

My advice not to file your taxes here! They don't have customer service at all! No respect for your experience!
I tried to file my taxes with Omnex 2 years ago and it was a night mare for me and my family!!! Forms were filled incorrectly and I was told to do my spouse tax ID my my self and to go to the IRS and file everything there! I went there the IRS agent states that the forms filled by the accountant in a wrong way and I couldn't file my taxes for 2015! I called them back today to file 2015/2016 taxes and I requested to talk with a different accountant but all what he cared is he wanna charge me for his time and didn't agree with the price that was offered for me before!!!
